My Account

The “My Account” tab shows a user’s email address used to login and purchase the subscription. If using Porta as the default identity provider, users can view their account information and are offered the option to ‘Edit My Account’ where they will be redirected to their user profile in Porta.

Subscription

The “Subscriptions” tab shows users a list of all their active and expired subscriptions. Active subscriptions will be listed in the “Active” tab. Under the ‘Manage’ options users are able to Cancel their subscription. Upon cancellation they will receive an email notification verifying their cancellation. Their subscription will remain active until the day of their expiration.

Expired or Canceled subscriptions are listed in the “Expired” tab. Users are able to view past subscriptions and the date of their expiration. It is not possible for users to automatically renew their subscriptions here.

Payments & History

This tab displays an overview of the user’s payment information and all transactions conducted by the user. Under the “Manage Payment Info” section, the user is able to view their chosen payment method. Depending on your Payment Provider, users may or may not see the option to edit their payment method.

Under “Payments History”, each transaction is listed separately. The displayed information includes the amount paid, the status of their payment, the subscription plan they purchased, and the date of purchase. Payment statuses include:

  • Paid - indicates that the payment has been completed successfully. If the status is paid, the user is able to either download the payment receipt or receive it via email. The email they used to sign-up is used.
  • Failed - indicates that a payment has failed. Users are not able to manage this or retry this payment via their account.
